Hello,


I'm Omar Eldamsheety, from Egypt. born in 1978 ... I graduated from the faculty of engineering in 2000 and worked for years in maintenance and production field ... I started to write Arabic classic poetry in 1989 ... In 2012 I worked in a multi-international company and I had to use the english language in daily work so I became better in it ... I started to write English poetry in 2012 and I'm doing my best to improve my poetry.

I KNOW YOU WILL GO

The girl with the magical eyes, asked me to make a wish I said, be with you for the rest of my life She said you can't wait, I know you will not I said this is because I'm sure you will go She asked, how do you know what I will do? I said the life taught me to be wise Someday you will come with a sad smile You will say, my love, I have to leave Maybe you will cry for a minute or two, but you will go quickly like Spring  For the rest of my life, I will live in Autumn Watching the leaves of my tree falling and the cracks spreading in my land  Your Sun will shine for a different man, and my land will suffer in a long night I know you will go because you can't wait You can't wait for my dreams to become true. I wish I can wait, but I know you will go.

FOLLOW THE CAT

That lovely cat walked around me. It spooks sweetly and musically. It asked me why you are weak. Oh yes, I know cats can't speak. But I can imagine and write anything. Because I'm a poet and writing a song. Just wait, my dear, it told me more. It gave me a key for a secret door. I used the key but nothing happened. Again I tried, the door was not opened. Angrily I said; cat, do you mock me? It smiled and said give me that key. It smiled and said with the power of love. Whatever I will face only love I will give. Then it used the key and opened the door. How she disappeared, really I'm not sure. I walked through the door to a magical land. I found a sea of silver with golden sand. On a magical boat, I have crossed the sea. On the other side, I found a very big tree. About a thousand bird was singing a song.
